The Process
01Brief
We analyze the jewelry, the brand, intended use, expected quantities and project objectives.
02Development
We define structure, size, materials, interiors, colors, closures and customization, balancing aesthetics with production feasibility.
03Prototype
Where required, we produce a prototype to verify proportions, materials, functionality and visual result before production.
04Production
Once the solution is approved, we move into production, directly managing the different stages and quality checks.
Tradition and technology
Hand craftsmanship
Stitching, assembly and finishing are still done by hand: much of this work still requires manual precision that a machine cannot replace.
CNC cutting
Materials are cut using computer-controlled machines, ensuring precision and repeatability on every piece, even in small production runs.
3D modeling and printing
For prototyping we use 3D modeling and 3D printing of components, to validate shapes and proportions before production, reducing development time and cost.
